PETG Consumables Printing Parameters

Printing recommendations:

1. It is recommended to set the printing speed to 50-80% of the normal speed for the first layer of PETG consumables.

2. Clean the bottom plate before printing. It is recommended to use bottom plate glue.


PETG Raw Materials

It is produced with brand-new imported raw materials,low-odor printing. It has high toughness, high transparency, high rigidity and strength, resistance to weak acid and alkali, and has a grade 4 anti-aging effect.


PETG Consumable Packaging

PETG consumables are sensitive to moisture, so our consumables are vacuum-packed with a built-in desiccant to isolate the material from the erosion of moisture, so as not to affect the printing effect.


PETG Printing Effect

The petg wire has high precision, the printing process is free of clogging, the molding is smooth, no accumulation, and the model effect is bright and smooth.


Note:

1. Compared with PLA consumables, PETG consumables have higher toughness, harder rigidity and bright surface gloss.

2. Compared with PLA consumables, PETG consumables have a higher shrinkage rate and poor adhesion of the first layer. It is recommended to clean the bottom plate and heat it to 100℃+ during printing to reduce the speed of the first layer printing.

3. PETG consumables have high self-adhesiveness, and it is easy to produce wire drawing when printing, which can be improved by lowering the printing temperature and increasing the amount of blanking withdrawal.
